Over the moon with this fabulous Modern Luxury Cover with Danielle Rollins!  A wonderful surprise to see this historic art decor house that we photographed for Palm Beach and Atlanta interior designer, Danielle Rollins and her partner Tom D’Agostino Jr on the cover of the September issue of Modern Luxury Palm Beach.  Especially nice is that this is the The @Home Issue!  Danielle and Tom renovated this charming gem of a house located in the heart of Palm Beach.  The landmarked 1938 home was originally designed by architect Belford Shoumate.  Danielle incorporated the likes of Serena and Lily, Christopher Spitzmiller, Matouk Linens, and Sunbrella throughout the house.  Many of the Art Deco architectural details like the circles on the stairway leading to the roof deck were all carefully restored.  Bought sight unseen by Tom, the property had been severely neglected.  Danielle and Tom’s painstaking renovation turned this wonderful property into quite the cover girl!
