This beautiful interior design project in Florida Design Magazine was such a pleasure to photograph!  The mother-daughter design duo of Suzanne Varner from Memphis and her daughter, Austin Macaskill from New York, make up the design firm Varner Macaskill.  It was such fun to watch them collaborate on styling and setting up areas for photography.  The living room has a stunning hand painted screen, circa 1940’s, by the famed French scenic artist Jean-Denis Malcles. The elegant home has a palette of various shades of blue throughout.  The private courtyard has a pool and entertaining area.  Located one the ocean in the exclusive John’s Island Club in Vero Beach, the house is one story with incredible views from every room.  We had not worked with Austin and Suzanne before and we were delighted when they called about the photo shoot.  Getting it published was the icing on the cake!
