Always fun to get the mail and see one of your residential photography projects on the cover of a magazine!  In this case, it is the Real Estate Registry Magazine for Vero Beach.  The magazine features luxury properties in Vero Beach.

We photographed this 9,700-square-foot oceanfront estate for our friends at John’s Island Real Estate.  We spent a day from early morning until dusk, photographing both exterior and interior areas.  A lushly landscaped courtyard pool leads into a double-height living room with a fireplace.  It has five bedrooms and six-and-one-half baths on one of the highest lots in John’s Island.  The home features three levels of indoor-outdoor living, Venetian plaster walls, limestone floors, a cabana and private beach access.  We were fortunate on the day of the shoot as we had beautiful Florida weather – deep blue skies and plenty of sunshine.

Our relationship with John’s Island Real Estate goes back many years.  We have had the pleasure of working with their staff on several of their high-end listings.  And it is always a fun trip going to Vero Beach.  Whenever time permits, we make sure to eat at the Ocean Grille – a Vero Beach must!
